* How can you apply this thought to your life?
* Does it ever occur to you that you create your future by the thoughts you are thinking today?
* Start paying attention to this in your own life and see what happens.
* Try this ongoing experiment.
  1. Decide on one positive change that you would like to directly experience.
  2. Pick a time each day that you will give yourself at least 5 minutes to think about it.
  3. Picture yourself already experiencing this change and ask yourself:
    - How do I feel?
    - What do I smell?
    - What do I see?
    - What am I touching?
  4. If you feel your thoughts being pulled away from this picture, gently bring yourself back by seeing just one part of the picture in your mind, and then another, until you can see all of it again.
  5. As you go about your daily actions and you have a moment of free time, let your mind go back there. Let yourself feel it.
  6. **Important** When an opportunity arises that will help this change occur, take action on it.
