* How can you apply this thought to your life this week?
* We've reach a moment in our evolvement where, if we can't have it "now", we oftentimes find ourselves anxious, stressed out and unhappy.
* If we really could have everything we wanted instantly, we'd find ourselves very unhappy because our momentary desires don't always coincide with what is best for our Selves.
* Think about some of the things you can do with patience: lose weight, relax, breathe, feel at ease, heal from wounds or illness, develop your talent into excellence, become a triathlete, accomplish any goal you set your mind to...
* This week, try an experiment.
  Make a declaration that you will practice patience for one week.Say it out loud "I will practice patience all week, with everything and everyone."
  Commit yourself to this important experience.
  Prepare yourself:
    Review your schedule this week. What are some of the things that could test your patience?
    What will you do when your patience is tested?
    Breathe, relax, use your imagination to bring you to a calm place inside of yourself.
* Keep reminding yourself: 
  I will accomplish everything I need to.
  I am appreciated.
  I am wonderful.
  I am doing the best that I can and that is extraordinary!
