  What do you believe in?
  What do you feel doubtful about?
  How can you change your thoughts so that your focus stays on your positive beliefs?
  How will this "change in your thought pattern" affect the actions you take?
* Write down 3 positive things in your life that you strongly believe in.
* Think about how these beliefs affect your life every day.
  What actions do you take, each day, that reinforce these positive beliefs?
  How do these actions make your feel?
  What affect do these actions have on yourself and those around you?
* Plant this seed in your mind: "For every positive belief that makes up who I am, two things that I feel doubtful about fade away."
* Focus only on the positive beliefs you've identified.
* By giving no attention to lingering doubts, you take away their power, and they will diminish and finally disappear forever.

Remember, your positive beliefs lead to your positive inspired actions,
